First time to Africa. First time staying in this hotel. Although the room is small, the other experiences are ok. The swimming pool is good, but I haven't had time to swim yet. The breakfast is also perfect.

I have stayed here twice. The overall environment and service of the hotel are good, but the room is small and the security is OK. However, the breakfast is a bit monotonous and I have no choice if I eat it for several days in a row.

C'est la 3eme que je viens et autant avant les chambres étaient dans leur jus autant la nouvelle déco est top ! Merci aussi à Awa qui tient le bar , elle est très sympathique et est très forte pour vous faire consommer ^^. Je remercie aussi l hôtesse d acceuil qui m a aidé pour les problèmes de wifi. Bref, equipe au top !

Check in requested additional tax when it was clearly stated as “paid” on the invoice. The Hotel is under renovation, so no lobby or other amenities. (You can use the Novotel next door) The room was dirty, wrapper on floor, hair clump in the bathroom, unflushed toilet!, hair ball in main room. Asked for it to be re cleaned (I have never done this before) and went for dinner. They didn’t do anything except remove a tissue from the trash bin I left in it. Then upon returning my key didn’t work. Overall a poor hotel experience. The location and newly Reno’d rooms are ok though. I’m sure I just had a bad experience.

Room recently remodeled -- nice and tidy. Still working on remodeling throughout, can get noisy at times. Front desk staff a real mixed bag. Night before departure, asked guy on duty for a 14:00 checkout, he said no problem...great! However, next day, my key stopped working at 12:00, lady then on duty told me I'd have to pay 49 Euros and then I can stay until 19:00. This was overkill so I had to negotiate to just get into my room and pack up immediately. Ugh.
